Mini-Retreats: The New Staycation

Reset

You don’t need to wait until your next week-long vacation to push the reset button and experience a mini-retreat. Sometimes all it takes is a decision to break out of your rut, I mean routine, in order for you to feel rejuvenated and spark that joie de vivre. You’ll feel your stress level reset and be able to see the world with new eyes when you regularly practice self-care. You can spend an hour, a half day, or even a full weekend doing something out of your ordinary to help you see the world from a different perspective.

If you’re feeling grouchy, tired, unmotivated or find yourself complaining/finding fault a lot, consider one of these 9 mini-retreats that you can do near or completely at home–no airfare necessary. It just might be ‘what the doctor ordered’!ย  Find the list here.
