I loved this book. It is a very quick and easy read. I read it in under an hour, cover to cover. The book contained many valuable lessons on management. The authors use one minute as their base. You really don’t need more than a minute to explain what needs to be done. The authors actually encourage a manager to find a way to be able to explain what needs to be done in less than one minute.
