The Powerful "Word-of-Mouth"

Advertising by "word-of-mouth" is probably the most effective promotional tool available to us netpreneurs, and best of all it's FREE! Word-of mouth advertising spreads twice as fast as conventional advertising methods.

When someone visits your site and orders a product/service from you, chances are they will tell other people about it. However, keep in mind that excellent customer service in your part is important and essential to satisfying that customer. Once that is established, that customer will tell others about your service. Always maintain a professional reputation of yourself and your business.

Treat your customers as you would like to be treated. You never know who that customer will talk too and spread the good word about your business. If you have a product that is in demand and your customer service is superb, then and only then will you have a customer for life. That customer will let his/her friends know and those friends will let others know and so on and so on. The possibilities are endless. Don't forget to thank your customer who has passed on a referral. Please be prepared to treat those potential customers like gold!!
