Skillet Chicken

What you need:
2 TBSP. Oil
1 package of Onion Soup Mix
2 1/2 to 3 pounds of Cut chicken
1 can of whole tomatoes, drained and chopped ( Kepp the liquid)
1/2 cup of water.

In a large skillet, heat your oil.

Brown your chicken

Drain the oil.

Add the tomatoes and the onion soup mix. Blen with the 1/2 cup of water and pour in your tomoatoe liquid.

Simmer covered

Stir occassionally.

You can add more water if you need to!

Cook for 45 minutes.

This recipe serves 4. A great way to make Chicken!
