Offering a Newsletter brings you traffic and money

Have you considered offering a newsletter? Offering a free newsletter is a great way to bring constant traffic to your website. Traffic brings the opportunity to bring money in your pocket.
When people sign up for your newsletter it reminds them of your website and the great service you offer.

Here are a few tips for a successful newsletter:

1) Make it easy to find on your website to sign up for your newsletter.
There are several free newsletter services that will help you keep up with the addresses, and also will double-opt the subscribers. A few that I recommend are

(Please note Constant Contact is my favorite. It is free up to a certain number of subscribers but the monthly fee is very affordable.)

2) Make sure your newsletter is full of useful content.

3) Make sure your newsletter goes along with your website. If you are selling beauty products... the subscribers don’t want to read about a soccer tournament. If you are running two to three web sites, I recommend you get a website and newsletter to match what you are doing. Make sure you are giving what the subscriber asked for.

4) Offer free products or discount prices for all subscribers. This will help you get sign ups and will help you advertise your products. I offer a coupon with every newsletter. A client of mine began to offer a drawing once a month for a free book. His membership went up over 500 subscribers in one month. People do like things for free!

5) Once you get a good subscriber list, sell advertising space. This is a great way to get extra income.

Apply these simple steps and you will begin to get returning traffic and making money!
