Corn Bread

1 Cup of all purpose flour

1/4 c. of Sugar

4 T. Baking Powder

3/4 T. of Salt

1 C. of Yellow Cornmeal

2 eggs

1 Cup of Milk

1/4 c. shortening

Sift the flour with the sugar, baking powder, salt
Stir in the Cornmeal
Beat until Smooth
(Do not overbeat)
Pour into greased 9x9x2 pan

Bake at 425 for 20 to 25 minutes.
